LIMA — A Rochester man was arrested for driving with 21 license suspensions for the second time in eight days. According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty, Jeffrey C. Patterson Jr., 28, was pulled over by Deputy Connor Sanford for an alleged traffic law violation.
