GENESEO – A pickup truck struck a Bloomfield Central School driver ed vehicle near the Avon-Geneseo town line Tuesday morning. According to first responders at the scene, both the driver ed van and the pickup were northbound on Rte. 39 (Avon Geneseo Road) when the van slowed at the intersection with Triphammer Road and the pickup rear-ended it.
