The Statesmen Still Kicking as Dry Nightclub in Geneseo
GENESEO – The Statesmen says that it will no longer be serving alcohol, but it plans to open as an alcohol-free night club for the fall semester. Owner Rocco Dragani said that there are no official opening dates, but the plan is to open as a dry dance venue sometime during the coming semester. "There will be a $5 cover," said Dragani. SUNY Geneseo Awards Dance Professor with Woodrow Wilson Fellowship
GENESEO — SUNY Geneseo awarded a Woodrow Wilson national fellowship for Mark Broomfield '94, assistant professor of theater and dance. According to a press release from SUNY Geneseo, the 6-month fellowship is intended for Broomfield to pursue scholarly research and further his academic career.
