Shannon Hillier Could be First New County Attorney in 20 Years

LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The process began to make Mount Morris attorney Shannon Hillier the first new Livingston County Attorney in over 20 years. David Morris to Retire as County’s Attorney of Over 20 Years
