GENESEO – The Village Board voted unanimously Monday night in favor to allow Mayor Richard Hatheway to temporarily sign documents as code enforcement officer as the current officer is out of the office. GENESEO – Code enforcement officers with the Town and Village have found that the handicapped parking sign at Byrne Dairy gas station is just four inches higher from the ground than is allowed by code, making drivers who have active tickets for parking there wonder if their tickets can be appealed.
