UPDATED Aug 2, 2012, 10:56 PM AVON – A fatal accident Thursday took the life of Charlene Ruliffson, 64, of Geneseo. The accident happened at the intersection of Route 39, Avon-Geneseo Road, and Papermill Rd, at about 3:30 P.M.
