PERRY- The 8th Annual Perry Chalk Art Festival drew a huge, happy crowd to Perry on Saturday. Plenty of folks came out for the sunshine and an excuse to doodle on the sidewalk, but there were also chalk art contests and special awards for really eye-catching work, including cash prizes for first place winners.
