CONESUS – A Cosesus resident has been arrested on felony Welfare Fraud charges. According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Bryan Smith, 54 was arrested for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree, and Misuse of Food Stamps.
