AVON – At the Avon Town Hall on Tuesday, Dr. Robert Tugel graciously accepted a plaque and thanks for 15 years of service on the Avon Town Planning Board, most of which he spent as Chair. Tugel was Chair during some of Avon's biggest and most challenging projects, and the Board thanked him for serving the community so long and so well.
