WHEATLAND — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department released the name of a man found with a gunshot wound to the torso on Smith Road in the Town of Wheatland Monday around 4:15 p.m. Angel Figueroa, 42, of Rochester, remains in critical condition at Strong Memorial Hospital.
