LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The Livingston County Sheriff's Office arrested four people in three days for allegedly sneaking drugs into the County Jail. According to multiple press releases from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, arrested were Albert Knorr, 41, of Belfast; Gene Brown, 38, of Rochester; Giliberto Lebron, 34, of Mount Morris; and Samantha Willey, 32, of Geneseo.
