BOSTON, MA — The SUNY Geneseo Track And Field team was busy this weekend, competing at the Boston Valentine Invitational. The team took charge, and turned in excellent performances, shattering multiple school records.
The meet, which featured many D1 schools, and even professional runners, helped fuel the athletes.

Records on the Men’s side fell as well. Issac Garcia-Cassani ran a 4:05.39 Mile to break the school record. Likewise, Sr. Connor Christian broke the Men’s 400m dash record in a time of 49.37.
Other notable performances include the Men’s Distance Medley Relay, who finished in the second fastest time in school history. The Women’s 3000 meter run also had Marissa Cossaro, and Elise Ramirez run the school’s 4th, and 5th fastest times respectively.
