Taking on Brockport should be a nice match-up. The Brockport squad heads into the match 1-3 overall this season, while the Geneseo Knights stand at 2-2. Brockport stands currently in 5th place in the SUNYAC Conference, with the Knights just above them in 4th.
While both teams lost to SUNY Plattsburgh, Brockport had the win over Potsdam, whom the Knights fell to before.
Looking at Saturday’s match against Franklin Pierce, they come into the game 0-3 thus far. With overall standings not the sole determining factor of a teams ability, it certainly is telling. The Knights may be able to capitalize on the recent string of losses, and outplay the Franklin Pierce Ravens, who average 28.3 shots per game.
The Friday night match at SUNY Brockport will begin at 7 p.m. The home match against Franklin Pierce will begin at 3 p.m at the Wilson Ice Arena.
