SUN VIDEO: Hook & Spoon’s Grand Opening Makes Big Splash on Conesus Lake

LIVONIA – The Hook & Spoon is finally open at the north end of Conesus Lake.

Partners Andy Penner, Alison DeMarco and Derek Robertson and their close-knit team have spent the past year and a half perfecting every inch of the from-scratch restaurant.

DeMarco created an atmosphere that she calls ‘eclectic cottage’ with vintage decor and maple bars built by uncle Bill Castle.

The Hook & Spoon‘s Bar manager and sommelier Chad Lipson pledges to be as from-scratch and locally made with his cocktails as Penner is in the kitchen as Chef.

Livingston County residents in general but especially those on the lake are pouring in to finally get a taste.
