PERRY — Fifteen student filmmakers in Genesee Valley and the Greater Rochester area were recognized for their achievement at the Arts Council of Wyoming County, ACWC, Youth Film Festival Awards ceremony this past July.

The student filmmakers were from grades K-12, and the event drew attendees from throughout the region.

The ACWC annual open house will be held on December 7 at 4 p.m. The ACWC open house is held in conjunction with the East Canyon Artisans’ Sale and the Perry Holiday Delights Festival. Visitors are invited to attend the open house and visit the gallery, and to purchase original arts and crafts made by local artists.
