State Police investigate serious injury motorcycle accident on the Inner Loop.

On September 27, 2020, at approximately 9:24 p.m., the State Police responded to a serious injury motorcycle accident in the  westbound lanes on the Inner Loop.  The operator, Aaron Horton, age 30, from Rochester, struck the guide rail near the St. Paul exit and was ejected off his motorcycle traveling over 200 feet.  Horton was taken to Strong Hospital for treatment of his injuries and the investigation is continuing.
