LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A man is being held at the Livingston County Jail on charges related to child pornography.
Matthew Bennett, 42, was arrested by State Police on June 3 for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, an E felony.
The allegations are that Bennett possessed at least one performance of a sexual act by a child under the age of 16.
A hefty bond of 25,000 was set for Bennett.
