LIMA – A Greece resident was arrested for DWAI drugs after he was allegedly observed speeding and pulled over by a Sheriff’s Deputy.

According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty advises that a Greece man was arrested following a traffic stop in Lima.
Steven A. Raymond, age 25 of Greece NY, was observed by Deputy Brandan Flickner of the Sheriff’s Office STOP DWI Unit, speeding in his vehicle on Lake Avenue in the Village of Lima. Raymond was stopped and subsequent investigation led to additional charges, including Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and moving from the lane unsafely.
Raymond was transported to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office to be evaluated for his alleged drug impairment. Following the investigation, Raymond was processed on the above charges and released to appear in Lima Town Court at a later date.
