SOFTBALL: Waterloo Knocks Out Dansville in Class B Quarterfinals

WATERLOO— Waterloo defeated Dansville 10-7, knocking them out of the class B sectional tournament on Wednesday.

Morgan Kapp recorded the win for Waterloo, striking out 15 batters and allowing 6 hits. Bryce Fegley went 2-for-3 with 3 RBIs, and Emma Smithers was 3-for-3 scoring 2 runs.

For Dansville, Katelin Everman batted 3-for-4 scoring 3 runs and Maddie Akers scored twice.

Dansville ends their season with a record of 6-11. Waterloo moves on to the semifinals game on Friday, May 25, with a record of 13-7.
