LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The late incumbent Assemblyman Bill Nojay is leading Livingston County.
According to unofficial results, Nojay has 63.19 percent of the vote and challenger Rick Milne has 36.14 percent.
This reflects only 7 of 28 voter districts.
Statewide, the results are much closer. According to our news partner News10NBC, Bill Nojay has 52 percent of the vote and Richard Milne has 48 percent.
If Nojay wins the election, which includes portions of Monroe and Steuben Counties, the Republican Committee Chairs of these three counties will decide on the candidate.
