LIVINGSTON COUNTY – Seven Livingston County Sheriff Deputies were among the Basic Correction Officer School 2014 graduating class and are now ready to begin their new careers as correction officers at the County Jail.
According to a congratulatory message on social media from Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts, the seven Deputies with Livingston County joined four Deputies with Wayne County and one from Yates County at their graduation ceremony. Brittany L. Denby, Chad D. Eaton, Jason R. Hamilton, Ryan J. Rossborough, Cody T. Thomas, Kurt M. Uhl and Anastassia M. Vasile are now fully prepared to begin working as corrections officers at the Jail.
“May all the graduating correction officers have a successful career and always be safe in the correction profession,” said Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts on the Wayne County Sheriff’s Facebook page. “Correction officers are a very important part of the Public Safety formulas for all Sheriff’s Offices across New York State and our nation.”
Wayne County Deputies Brandon G. Burnett, Joseph S. Compton, Andrew T. Hems, and Andrew J. Pullin are also among the graduating class, as is Edda F. Garcia-Martinez with Yates County.
