LIVONIA – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office has charged the driver of the vehicle that rolled on Bronson Hill Road Tuesday morning with texting while driving.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the driver was issued a traffic ticket for using an electronic device while driving.
The car ran off the road and rolled over, injuring the driver.
The driver was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Livonia EMS.
Sheriff Thomas Dougherty posted the PSA below to their Facebook page with the following comment:
“This is a very powerful message and I would ask all drivers to watch this and parents to please share this with your children,” posted Sheriff Dougherty. “PSA’s can be weak but this one hits it out of the park. Real people, real deaths, real lives.”
