Sheriff’s Blotter: March 31, 2014

Livingston County Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty announced the following arrests as of March 31, 2014:

Lawrence R. Hapke, 50, Conesus, NY, was arrested March 23, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated-Child In Vehicle, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Endangering The Welfare of a Child, Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle and Failure To Dim Headlights.  Following arraignment, Hapke was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 property bond.  Hapke will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Lester O. Brown, 33, Livonia, NY, and Charles R. Miller 37, Livonia, NY, were charged with Endangering The Welfare of a Child on March 19, and will address charges on a later date in Livonia Town Court.

Cory A. Curry, 23, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged March 21, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Insufficient Turn Signal.  Curry will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Cameron J. Velazquez, 22, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested March 21, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree.  Following arraignment, Velazquez was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond.  Velazquez will respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Jessica Dack, 29, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5^th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on March 22.  Following arraignment in Geneseo Town Court, Dack was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond.  Dack will return to Geneseo Town Court in response to charges on a later date.

Charles A. Tallman, Jr., 43, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with Endangering The Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2^nd Degree on March 23.  Following arraignment in Leicester Town Court, Tallman was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Tallman will return to Leicester Town Court to address charges on a later date.

Dennis L. Richardson, Jr., 29, Springwater, NY, was arrested March 23, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure To Keep Right.  Richardson will respond to charges in North Dansville Town Court on a later date.

Melissa J. Uschold, 41, Bloomfield, NY, was charged March 22, with Driving While Intoxicated and Failure To Keep Right.  Uschold will appear in Lima Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Alissa Q. Banhardt, 30, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Failure To Keep Right on March 22.  Barnhardt will address charges in Sparta Town Court on a later date.

Ivan J. Walton, Jr., 21, Sauk Village, IL, was arrested March 26, charged with Criminal Impersonation 2^nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2^nd Degree.  Following arraignment in Geneseo Town Court, Walton was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $3,000 cash bail/$6,000 property bond.  Walton will return to Geneseo Town Court for a felony hearing on a later date.

Alicia L. Palmer, 27, Livonia, NY, was charged with Making a Punishable False Statement on March 24.  Palmer will address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
