LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is hosting an informational meeting on recertifying pistol permits today.
According to a tweet from Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, the meeting is at the county training facility at 3360 Gypsy Lane, Mount Morris.
The meeting will review pistol permit recertification laws, address attendees in a question and answer session and make recertification forms available.
The meeting is open to all county residents.
Dougherty and the Sheriff’s Office’s firearms training staff are sponsoring the event.
