Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty has issued a ‘no unnecessary travel’ advisory until further notice.
Deputies have continued to handle several vehicles sliding off the road throughout the overnight and road conditions continue to be snow covered
with ice underneath causing challenging driving conditions.
The advisory does not mandate a restriction on travel but does advise that hazardous conditions exist and no unnecessary travel is recommended.
Snowy conditions are expected to continue into Tuesday.
