The City of Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of 47-year-old, Todd Holton of Canandaigua, New York. On July 8th, 2023 Holton was arrested and charged with Sex Abuse in the First Degree following an investigation.
It is alleged that Holton had sexual contact with a child while in the City of Canandaigua. The Canandaigua City Police Department was assisted in the investigation by the Child Protective Services and the Child Advocacy Center. Holton was processed on the arrest and transported to CAP court where he was held without bail.
