LIVINGSTON COUNTY— A Rochester man was arrested and charged with a felony after a routine traffic stop on Interstate 390.

According to a press release Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Jeffrey C.E. Patterson Jr., 28 was pulled over by Deputy Shawn Whitford for an alleged violation of NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law.
After identifying Patterson, Deputy Whitford learned that Patterson had his license suspended 21 times along with driving with a suspended license at the time of the traffic stop. Deputy Whitford also found marijuana on Patterson’s person.
Patterson was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree.
Patterson was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail. He was then arraigned Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LCCAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Judge Riggi where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.
