Rochester Mayor to host community forum on budget

ROCHESTER — Mayor Richards to Conduct Voice of the Citizen (VOC) Budget Session at School #1

(Monday, March 25, 2012) – Mayor Thomas S. Richards will conduct the second of four quadrant “Voice of the Citizen” VOC budget forums at 6 p.m., Wednesday, March 27 at School #1, 85 Hillside Ave.

The VOC budget forums are designed to provide citizens with an opportunity to discuss, provide feedback and be involved in the process of preparing Rochester’s 2013-14 Budget.
