Livingston County Residents Caught in Drug Task Force Net

LIVINGSTON COUNTY— Two Livingston County residents were arrested for allegedly trafficking narcotics.

According to a press release from the Livingston County Drug Task Force, Marcie Hernandez , 27, of Avon, was charged with a class E felony for criminal sale of marijuana and class B misdemeanor for criminal possession of marijuana. Hernandez was arraigned in Avon Village Court and is being held in the Livingston County Jail with a bail of $5,000.

Randy Rowe, 32, of Conesus, was arrested on a superior court warrant for criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony ( two counts) and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony ( two counts). Rowe was arraigned in Livingston County Court and is being held in Livingston County Jail without bail.
