ROCHESTER — A Rochester woman was arrested on a drug warrant and was caught red handed with heroine and needles.
According to the press release, Reachall A. Gaddy 40, was taken in to custody by another police agency on an outstanding warrant from Livingston County Family Court on June 9. While waiting for arraignment at the Livingston County Jail, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a search of Gaddy’s property, resulting in the seizure of heroin and an hypodermic needle. Gaddy was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.
Gaddy was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part at the Livingston County Jail before Judge Riggi. The Judge did remand to the custody of the Sheriff on $3,000 cash bail for the Family Court warrant and $750 cash bail or $1,500 bond on the drug related charges.
