Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on March 29, 2023, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lewis J. Wisor, age 23, of Derby Hill Road, Addison, New York, following an investigation of a reported rape in Troupsburg.  It is alleged that Mr. Wisor had sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 17.  Mr. Wisor was charged with Rape in the Third Degree, a class E Felony.  Mr. Wisor was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
