AVON – An accident injured a postal worker in Avon Wednesday.
According to witnesses, the collision occurred on Rtes. 5 and 20.
The postal vehicle was on 5 and 20 in the area of the American Legion building when the accident occurred.
The postal worker was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, described by witnesses as a ‘truck,’ was not reported to be injured.
