On April 27, 2022, at approximately 8:45p.m., officers of the Canandaigua Police Department, arrested 40-year-old Sarah L. Nussbaumer, of Penn Yan, NY for Forgery in the Second Degree.
It is alleged that Nussbaumer entered a local hospital where she provided a fake name, date of birth, and address and signed a Patient Care Agreement which included her acknowledgement of financial responsibility for services rendered.
Nussbaumer was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment in CAP court.
