The City of Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of 25-year-old Mark A. Berry of Canandaigua, New York. Berry was arrested on October 4th, 2022, and charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree.
It is alleged that between July 28, 2022, to August 8th, 2022, while employed at a City of Canandaigua business, the defendant stole U.S. Currency over $3,000.
Berry was processed without incident, transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court, and released to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court later.
