GENESEO – Three young Wyoming County men were arrested on drug charges in the Village of Geneseo on Thursday for allegedly smoking marijuana with a 15-year-old girl, while driving in a vehicle on South Street.
According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Deputy Michael Williams pulled the vehicle over on South Street for vehicle and traffic law infractions. Upon investigation at the scene, it was discovered that Caden Pierrot, 18, of Wyoming, Nicholas Pratt, 19, of Wyoming, and Joshua Volk, age 19, of Warsaw, had been supplying and smoking marijuana in the vehicle with the minor.
Deputies arrested Pratt, Pierrot and Volk for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Fifth degree. Pratt was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Pratt and Pierrot were released with appearance tickets and Volk was arraigned and subsequently released on his own recognizance. All three will answer the charges in the Village of Geneseo Court at a later date.
