BLOOMFIELD, NY. Authorities are seeking the learn the whereabouts of a Bloomfield man. Theodore Smith, who has not been seen since yesterday. He was last seen at Cheap Charlies in Bloomfield, when he called his family at about 9:30 p.m. and made plans to go with his ex-girlfriend to Rochester. When deputies checked her home in Avon, he was not there. He did not report for work at SDC Contractors in
Victor.
Smith was last seen wearing a blue zip-up hooded sweatshirt, Carhart vest, ball cap and work boots. Smith usually drives a blue 2004 Ford Explorer.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
