GENESEO – This Sunday, Kelly’s Saloon will be celebrating the life of Chris Copeland, the father and friend who tragically passed away on Conesus Lake one year ago Feb. 11.
Copeland was a dear lifelong friend to many in Livingston County. He left behind two daughters, Arianna and Madison, who will be especially on the minds of event organizers.
Proceeds from a raffle are intended to benefit Copeland’s daughters.
A GoFundMe page is still active and available here to benefit his daughters, which has raised $28,517 of its $30,000 goal.
There will be food and live music starting at 11 a.m.
The Blood Roots and Mike Brown will play live music, and ‘anyone else who feels the pull to play.’
OSB Ciderworks in Lakeville is donating a keg of cider, with all proceeds from the resulting sales to go to Copeland’s daughters.
