LIVINGSTON COUNTY — One of the four Alleged ‘Giggle Pig’ thieves was sentenced in court after pleading guilty to Grand Larceny.
Daniel Wolfe, 39, waived his grand jury rights in a deal that sentenced him to time served which was nearly 2 months after he stole furniture from the ‘Gigglin Pig’ Amish furniture store in Caledonia.
“We got out of the truck, grabbed an arm load of furniture, and drove away,” Wolfe admitted in court.
All of the stolen items were recovered. Wolfe will also spend five years on probation and pay $375 in court fines. if he violates probation he faces a sentence of 1-4 years in state prison.
Amy Showler, 37, Richard Hammer, 45, and Jennifer Zimblis,40, all of Batavia were also arrested.
