UPDATE:  The New York State Police in Horseheads announce the arrest of 33-year-old, Roy L. Searles, originally from Plaquemine, Louisiana, but now residing in Enfield, New York. Searles was charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a Class D felony in connection with the stolen travel trailer from State Route 13 in Veteran, NY, on the evening of October 23, 2021. Searles was arraigned in the town of Ashland Court and released on his own recognize.
