NUNDA – A pair of runaways wanted in Idaho for drug charges were arrested late Friday afternoon by the Nunda Police Department and New York State Police when it was found that they had moved into a residence on Newville Road.
According to a press release from Nunda Police Chief Jeffrey Wilcox, police were tipped off that Chad Bowman, 40, and Samantha Bowman, 37, who are both wanted out of Bonner County, Idaho, were apparently living on Newville Road and were pulled over and arrested on Barkertown Road after they were seen exiting the residence.
According to the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office, Chad’s warrants were issued on April 8, 2015, and Samantha’s were issued on April 21, 2015.
Both have numerous felony drug charges, and Chad Bowman is additionally wanted for felony Attempted Battery of an Officer.
Both subjects were transported to the Livingston County Jail to await extradition to Idaho.
