The goal of an Occupational Therapist is to help people of all ages who need specialized assistance to lead independent, productive, and satisfying lives due to physical, developmental, social, or emotional problems. Emphasis is placed on activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, cooking, shopping, and other activities completed prior to injury or illness.
