The National Association of Tax Professionas (NATP) issued a statement that NYS has announced they will follow the IRS in extending the 2021 Filing season until May 17th! This extension is only for PERSONAL INCOME TAX RETURNS AND PAYMENTS, it does not apply to ESTIMATED TAX, no announcement was made on Corporations.
