Shamika Fusco has been appointed as the new director of the Livonia Library. A reception to introduce and welcome her will be held at the library, sponsored by Friends of the Livonia Library, on Tuesday, Jan. 24, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
Ms. Fusco holds an MLS in library science and has been a supervisor of one of the Rochester Public Library branches. She plans to move to Livonia, where her husband’s family already resides.
