A 61-year-old Naples man was arrested and charged with criminal mischief for driving on a Naples soccer field on two different dates, April 15 and April 26.
Francis Phillips of Naples was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff following an investigation into the two incidents. He is charged with doing $1550 worth of damages to the soccer field at 8165 Rt. 245, Naples.
He will appear in Naples Town Court at a later date
