On Thursday morning, May 12, at about 1 a.m., a fire broke out in the retail space olf Hollerhorn Distillery, located at 8443 Spirit Rd. , Naples. Sixteen fire companies from four counties came to fight the fire, and to save the distillery part of the business; however, the retail portion of the business suffered major fire damage.
The fire started on the first floor, and quickly spread to the second floor of the structure. The retail space was severely damaged, but the distillery production rooms seemed to be salvageable, and owners said they would rebuild as soon as possible.
No one was in the building at the time. Cause of the fire is unknown.
