It is alleged that Colon-Figueroa applied for and was receiving benefits from the Livingston County Department of Social Services. It is further alleged that Colon-Figueroa failed to disclose income that she was receiving from employment that resulted in her receiving over

Colon-Figueroa was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and pre-arraignment detention. The District Attorney’s Office was contacted in regards to bail due to the felony level charge and recommended that the Judge hold Colon-
Figueroa on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
Colon-Figueroa was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Groveland Justice Jeanean Love. The Judge remanded Colon-Figueroa to the custody of the Sheriff on $200 cash bail or $400
bond.
