LIVINGSTON COUNTY — A Mount Morris woman, who is alleged to be a drug dealer, had her home raided by the Livingston County Drug Task Force and the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team.
According to a press release from the Livingston County Drug Task Force, Francene Jackson, 32, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd. Jackson was arraigned in Mount Morris Village Court by Justice Lapiana and remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.
The Livingston County Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the following agencies: the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Avon Police Department, Caledonia Police Department, Drug Enforcement Administration, Geneseo Police Department, Mount Morris Police Department, New York State Park Police, Nunda Police Department, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Livingston County District Attorney’s Office.
