Mount Morris Sex Offender Pleads Guilty in Sex Slave Case

LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A Mount Morris sex offender pled guilty to a felony charge Thursday, ending a horrifying case that began in October 2015.

Calvin Patrick, 35, pled guilty to felony Attempted Rape in the First Degree.

Livingston County District Attorney Greg McCaffrey said that Calvin agreed to serve 10 years in prison plus 5 years of post-release supervision as a second felony offender.

In October 2015, Mount Morris Police arrested Patrick for felony Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child.

In December, the Livingston County District Attotney’s Office indicted him for felony Rape in the First Degree, felony Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, felony Aggravated Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree, and six counts of Unlawful Imprisonment on the theory that he confined a woman and sexually abused her for a period of several months.

Patrick also pled guilty to federal charges alleging that he received sexually explicit images from an 11-year-old girl.
