According to a press release from Mayor Frank Provo, Chief Mignemi served in the Mount Morris Police Department for 24 years and as Chief for 7 years.
“The entire Village Board wished Chief Mignemi all the best as he starts a new chapter in this life.” stated Mayor Provo.
