NYLON – Police arrested a Mount Morris resident on felony charges for allegedly using a family member’s account to make purchases in Geneseo and Henrietta.
According to a press release from Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganian, Brandon Dioguardi, 24, was arrested in Geneseo for felony Forgery in the Second Degree, felony Forgery in the Third Degree, and misdemeanor Petit Larceny.
Dioguardi allegedly bought a belt, plugs, oil filter, oil, power steering fluid and hoses in Geneseo.
New York State Police are investigating the purchase of a power steering pulley in Henrietta.
Geneseo Police said that Diogouardi did not have permission to make any of the purchases. The total for the purchases in Geneseo was $160.26.
Geneseo Village Justice Thomas Bushnell arraigned Diogouadi and released him to appear at a later court date.
